Cheesecake.

So, I've been wanting to make cheesecake truffles. No bake cheesecake truffles, whaaa?

Alright, imagine biting into a chocolate truffle. But instead of that creamy chocolate center, there's that taste of cheesecake. But wait, there's more! Not just the cheesecake, but the crust as well. And pistachio?! Yes, yes. Pistachio.

I plan on making some mini citrus cheesecake coated with crushed pistachios. I don't know about you, but I think that sounds delicious. After baking them, I'm gonna roll 'em up and dip them in chocolate.
